Executive Leadership Change

To kick off the new year, I’m pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Mlsna, my son-in-law as President of Badger Corrugating Company. Brian began the transition into his new role over a year ago and has stepped into the position effective January 1, 2016.

Brian has been with Badger Corrugating for eight years and during that time has had the opportunity to indulge himself in all aspects of operations and management. Prior to his new position, Brian served as the company’s Sales Manager and as a member of the Senior Management team. Brian’s experience in production, sales, management, as well as knowledge of the industry and strong relationships built with customers and staff will provide him with a broad-based platform for leading the company.

Filling Brian’s position as Sales Manager, and joining Brian in a new leadership role is Jason Betz. Jason began his transition in early October and has been working side-by-side with Brian to ensure a smooth transition to his new duties. As a former Millwork Manager, Jason understands the need for great programs and services for our customers. In February 2014, when Jason joined the Badger team, it was evident that his customer service and relationship building knowledge and skills would help Badger grow in the sales arena.

Since 1903, Badger’s reputation for quality products and service has been the trademark of our family and employee owned business. I will remain active in the company along with the next generation Jeff Sexauer, Exterior Door Production Manager and Melissa Sexauer-Mlsna, Cabinet Sales Specialist.
