| As Badger celebrates its 121 years of service, Brian Mlsna, CEO, has announced a leadership change. Effective October 1, 2024, Neal Zygarlicke will be joining Badger as its new President. Neal specializes in building strong cultures, future leaders, and organizations that positively impact their communities. For more than 10 years, Neal has been guiding companies to become more strategic, operationally efficient, and successful. He believes that his greatest asset is his ability to lead and cultivate relationships built on trust.
As CEO of the La Crosse Chamber of Commerce, Neal helped grow revenue, improve the team culture, and introduced new revenue streams. Prior he served as a Corporate Internal Audit Manager and Property Executive for a family-owned company operating in the plumbing, HVAC, PVF wholesale distribution and Kitchen & Bath industries. |

Neal and his wife, Whitney, reside in the City of La Crosse where they have lived for over 15 years. Neal enjoys camping, biking around town, hiking in the bluffs, and going on walks with their dog.
Brian Mlsna will remain as CEO; working together with Melissa Mlsna both will continue to provide leadership to the company. Their energies will be focused on providing support to Neal and other members of the senior leadership team, growth planning, financial leadership, ESOP and employee engagement.
