CNC grooving – custom CNC grooving on flat panel or flush doors for 28 species offered up to 4’0 wide x 8’0 tall. MDF and Rift White oak can go to 10’ in both stile/rail and flush.
Glass doors – all of glass doors are TDL (true divided lites) so we can make any combination of all glass layouts or glass and panel layouts.
Barn Doors – K-Bar- X-Bar, Double X-Bar and Z-bar options with enhanced appearance with added wood strips where each groove is made.
Wider and taller options available – up to 6’0 wide barn doors x 8’0 tall custom quote.
Built to order – ability to do any custom layouts, part sizes, panel heights, or custom height doors without paying a true “custom” price like you would from other manufacturers if you deviate from their standard offerings they are warehousing, and without extended lead times.
