Badger Corrugating Company lined the side walk with over 20 custom pink doors Saturday, September, 12th, 2015 in honor of Steppin’ Out In Pink, a local fundraiser for Breast Cancer research, programs and services at Gunderson Health Systems in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The doors where placed along the 4.5 mile course. The walkers were invited to stop and sign any of the doors – three of the doors where personalized saying “survivor”, “fighter” and “in memory of”; this way walkers could make their tribute based on their story.
During Pink Week at Badger, employees donated their time, compassion along with contributions to this great event! Pink week included many activities, from jeans week to a water balloon toss and much, much more all to support Steppin’ Out In Pink. With all our efforts Badger raised over $2,500 for this fundraiser.
